Does any one know anything about the vagrant in the green hat who seems to hang about the Southgate Road area?
I saw him the Saturday after Easter, on the M25 roundabout...
But I don't know anything about him.
Im sure I saw him asleep on the bench at the end of Hatfield Road near Church Road turning. Asleep on the bench with his head on an old bag. Poor chap.
