Does anyone know of any good exercise classes in Potters Bar? There's nothing much in the clubs and societies listing.
There is an aerobics class Monday evenings from 1900 to 2015 at the Jubilee Hall in Wayside. It only costs £3.50. Happy
Have you tried self defence or karate? We have a karate club at DHC Health Club on Mount Grace Road which caters for all ages and you get to learn how to defend yourself whilst keeping fit at the same time. If that doesn't apply there is the health club which runs all kinds of classes.
Good Luck.
Furzefield do some good ones if you haven't already tried them.

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to find some that don't involve any commitment (the sort that are often held in Church or school halls) and you can just turn up when it suits you. I will look into the Wayside one.

You may like to try a Ceroc class. It is a great way to keep fit, have fun and socialise. No need to book, just turn up on the night. It is held in "Fuel" on the 2nd floor of Sportz Academy in Darkes Lane every Monday night from 19:45 and cost £6. The 40mn class is followed by two hours of freestyle dancing where you can enjoy some great music and relax in the lounge area with a nice drink if you need a break. Have fun! Wink
