Stagg Ridge, The Ridgeway, Potters Bar, (TP/2004/1261): Construction of block containing 2 x 1-bed and 8 x 2-bed flats with basement parking provision.

Does anyone else think it's a shame to build flats here? I noticed work has started in the last couple of weeks or so. It'll be a fantastic place to live when it's done, but I can imagine the price they'll be up for. I don't see many takers for the development up by the police station.

This is the Ridgeway on the way to Enfield, not the one in Cuffley Slightly more imaginable... It's just on the right as you turn down from the M25 roundabout. There was a large house there with twin entrance/drive through but it's been derelict for years.
